Yes, you can freeze your membership for up to 3 months per year for injury, travel, or any other reason. Just shoot us an email or do it directly from your account settings 7 days before your next billing cycle.

We operate on a month-to-month basis. You can cancel anytime with 30 days' notice. No long-term contracts or hidden fees.

For the Essential and Performance plans, unused class credits roll over for one month. If you don't use them by the end of the following month, they will expire.
