Information We Collect
- Membership Data: When you register, we collect personal identifiers such as your name, email address, phone number, and physical address to manage your gym membership.
- WOD & Performance Scores: We collect workout data, including WOD (Workout of the Day) scores, personal records, and check-in history, to track your fitness progress.
- Payment Information: Online payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your credit card details on our servers; they are handled directly by Stripe in accordance with their privacy standards.
- Device Identifiers: We may collect device IDs for fraud prevention, security, and push notification routing.
How We Use Your Information
We use your data to manage class bookings, process billing through your digital wallet, track your fitness rankings, and ensure the security of our facility through digital check-ins.
Data Retention (Play Store Compliance)
We retain your personal information, membership records, and fitness data for as long as your account is active or as necessary to provide you with our gym services. If your membership is terminated, we may retain certain data as required by law for financial auditing and tax purposes (typically up to 7 years in India), after which it is permanently purged or anonymized.
Data Deletion & Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You may request the deletion of your account and associated data directly through the app settings or by contacting us at classiacapital@gmail.com. Upon receiving a valid deletion request, we will remove your personal identifiers and performance data from our active databases within 30 days.
